4. What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A: 1. All items are subjected to availability. The stock is changing all the time, so there may be some items out of stock when you make order.
2. Sometimes, the items are in your cart , but you don't confirm in time. The items quanitity reduced. Why? Because during the time, other customers are purchasing them. Suggest you'd better confirm your order as fast as possible so that you get all you want
3. If you send some money as deposit, when you make order, we will reduce the order amount from your deposit and you will get the parcel very faster.
4. After you confirmed the order, if certain items you ordered are out of stock , we will reduce the items amount (the items are are out of stock). Because the designs are so many, so it is too hard to promise all stock is exact. Hope you understand.
5. Do I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?
A: Yes, once you confirmed your order ,you will get an email from us. The content of email is you have gave a new order. We will finish picking up the goods within 3 days.

Of course, you can change your order (add or delete items) before confirmation. After you confirmed the order, we will pick up the goods at once. Till now, you can add, but not reduce items. If you want to add some products, you have to make a new order. We will combine orders and
offer you the same discount.
6. How can I get my package shipped to a different address than my billing address?
After you click "check out" button, it will come out blank column of shipping and billing information. You can fill in relevant information in right place. Then you will get your package even if the address is different from address.

The above options are available to most countries. They can send the jewelry to your destination. But the delivery time is not steady . For small and unhurried package,the weight is less than 2kg, you can choose the last one (air mail), which save your time.

11.What happen if i am out when you deliver?
A: If you are outside, not able to receive the parcel, you should contact the express company and inform the courier/carrier send to person you authoriged to receive. Otherwise, when the courier/carrier can't contact you in 3 days, your parcel will be returned to us.In that case,you need to pay shipping cost another time in order to get back your parcel.

A: 1.it may be easily eroded if the jewellery coating is in touch with sweat often.
2. Often use cotton cloth to polish jewellery to maintain clean and bright.
3. When engaged in heavy manual work or taking a bath, it is recommended to remove the jewellery.
4. Do not wear the jewelry if your skin is allergic.
5. When not wearing, please seal the jewellery after cleaning.
15. Returns and Exchange
A: In order to build long-term cooperation with customers, we promise to exchange or return goods if:
1. The goods not match to customer’s order
2. There is any damage during the delivery.
Don't return or exchange goods:
1. If there is any damage caused by abnormal wear or tear
2. We won’t return or exchange goods only because of customer’s favour （such as smell, color, model, appearance.) or other conditions.
How to retrun ordered items:
When you return any items, please send an email to us ,giving your order ID/item ID,the reason for return, then you get our return address. Once we receive and check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.
You can choose to deliver the goods back by express or other delivery method, And You may want to insure your return. We are not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
