TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Golden Jaguar Jewellery Sdn Bhd (GJ) products are covered by us with 1 (One) Year Warranty, providing that the item is an original GJ item and was purchased in official store.

Your original purchase invoice or receipt, showing the date of purchase and product description, is your proof of the date of purchase.

General wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing, unauthorized services and modifications, or use outside the care instructions specified by GJ are not covered by warranty. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your GJ product. These types of chemicals include, perfume, lotion etc.

Lost or stolen items are not covered under warranty.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods sold are non-refundable, therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items purchased at GJ stores may be permitted for a 1 (one) time exchange per receipt, if returned within 14 days with proof of receipt. This is subject to the conditions and restrictions below:

• You have proof of purchase.
• Items are original GJ items.
• All priced will be no exchanges or refunds are permitted for discounted and promotional items.
• All exchange and return claims are subjected to product availability.
• All selling price of the item will based on the selling price on the website (www.goldenjaguar.com.my)
