WHOLESALER TERM & CONDITION:
- Wholesale accounts must be registered before placing an order.
- A minimum opening order of RM1000 or above is required to become our wholesaler. Minimun reorder is RM100 or above.
- If there is anything in our shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email / WhatsApp us for availability.
- Changes of Order
- Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to gj@goldenjaguar.com.my / WhatsApp to 0111-0666088 within 24 hours.
- Damages / Defects
- Please inspect all the shipments immediately upon arrival. Kindly contact Customer Service at gj@goldenjaguar.com.my within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
- Orders held for more than 14 days after receipt will not be accepted.
- Returns / Exchanges
- Wholesale merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.
- We only accept return in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
